Your mental health and well-being is just as important as your physical health and well-being. In order to help you engage in self-care activities to care for your mental health,
we welcome you to the JJMS Virtual Wellness Room.
This is a virtual space that you can use when you need a mindful minute or need to de-stress. The Wellness Room offers mindfulness exercises, stress relieving activity ideas, scenes to "visit" for a mental vacation, and more.
